Dozens of tender, unopened leaf buds are carefully tied together with a fine thread, then rolled by hand to form a silver shining ball the size of a marble. When infused with hot water it slowly unfolds to a rosette releasing its subtle and complex aroma. We recommend preparing Red Bloom in a glass to be able to fully enjoy its beauty. Once emptied, the glass may be refilled with water until the flavor fades. This tea will not turn bitter.
Recommendations: Use 1 rosette per 6-8 oz. cup: heat fresh, cold water until it is steaming briskly (190°: F); let steep for 5 min. Good for multiple infusions.
