Jeff Payne is a trumpet player, songwriter and performer who recently released his debut CD "Smooth Jazz From The 317" on the independent label Northbound Records. His influences include David Benoit, Miles Davis, Steely Dan, and Anita Baker, among many others. Jeff is currently featured on over 400 internet radio stations with over 10 million listeners.
