Decaf - Green Tea:
Tea's Me teas are all taken through a natural CO2 process which uses
pressure and temperature but no solvents. To remove the caffeine
from tea, the process must be performed after fermenting and firing,
usually resulting in a dull, tasteless tea while retaining most of
the polyphenols. For this reason, decaffeinated teas are usually
scented or flavored. When tea is labeled decaffeinated, it still
contains 3% of its original caffeine.
